Return and Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below. This policy applies to orders placed through our website [www.wildappleshop.com].


1. Your Right to Cancel (Consumers)

If you are a consumer (not buying goods for business use), you have a legal right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order for any reason.

  • To cancel, please contact us in writing at [Your Email Address] or use our cancellation form (if available).

  • You must return goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless they are faulty or misdescribed.

  • We will refund the price you paid for the goods and the standard delivery charge (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them.

Exceptions: Your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods, including:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Sealed items which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g. cosmetics, certain clothing, etc.)

  • Digital downloads once download has started with your consent


2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This includes the right to:

  • A repair or replacement

  • A price reduction

  • A full refund in some circumstances

3. How to Return an Item

To return goods:

  1. Contact us at wildappleshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Package the goods securely in their original packaging, if possible.

  3. Send the goods to:

We recommend using a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • If you cancelled under your legal right to cancel, we will refund the cost of the goods and the standard delivery charge. We will not refund any extra delivery services you chose (e.g. express delivery).


5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us. We may ask you to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
