This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.


1. Processing Times

  • Orders are usually processed within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • During busy periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be longer. We’ll notify you of any significant delays.


2. Delivery Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options to UK only.

  • Standard Delivery:

  • 2-4 working days from dispatch date

  • £4.95 up to 10 kg

  • £9.95 10 kg to 20 kg. 

  • For other weights or delivery services please email us for a quote wildappleshop@gmail.com 

  • Free Delivery: Available for orders over £500.00 UK only.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

  • For deliveries outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order.


4. Order Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your delivery.


5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Strikes or other events outside our control

We will do our best to keep you informed if delays occur.

5.2 Wrong Address

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided.

5.3 Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame:

  • Check the tracking link in your dispatch email.

  • Contact the carrier directly if possible.

  • Contact us at wildappleshop@gmail.com if you still need help.

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability) or

  • A full refund


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at wildappleshop@gmail.com

  • Include photos of the damage and your order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


7. Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

If we begin shipping outside the UK:

  • Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.

  • Customers are responsible for these charges.

  • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office.
